There are many important issues in this country and world, to be talked about or to be discussed publicly because unawareness of these issues are resulting in a huge downfall in health of both the ecosystem and humans. We have to take these topics seriously because if we move backward in time may be couple of centuries ago someone may have said or indicated things about GLOBAL WARMING but for sure no one took it seriously and as a result the glaciers are melting, the whole North pole is shrinking day by day, the balance of nature is shaken and if it continues, then no doubt our comming generation will suffer more as we are suffering it today, because we also are not taking care of our ourselves and our mother nature. We are doing exactly the same mistake what our previous generations did……..
Well there are many topics needed to be discussed and preventive measures to be taken and all this needed to be done in public interest.From those topics, the one i felt needed to be discussed and preventive actions needed to be taken from the moment you realise how serious this topic is…….The topic is GLOBAL WARMING…………….
Not that one which you are thinking but this is different……..
This GLOBAL WARMING is not something that is directly related to the disturbance of mother nature but yes it is indirectly. And directly it disturbs your nature, because this global warming is happening inside your abdomen…………. first it makes you warm then it forces you to make your surrounding warm or wormer more wormer and people angry very angry ……Now the question is how? How you make your surrounding warm and people angry simultaneously……..The answer is……….The FARTS.Those stinky bio weapon which you manufacture inside your stomach everytime you loose control over your tougue on that spicy butter chicken or paneer pasanda………….or the other reason why you are responsible for this global warming is your constipated stomach…..And yes I know you have guessed that I am talking about which global warming i.e CONSTIPATION. Tadaaaaaaaaaa……………..
So now we are going to discuss the Inside story of CONSTIPATION.
Moving forward with the inside story of constipation a.k.a global warming….First I want you to know why I am talking about constipation? Why this topic is so important…………..and what is CONSTIPATION?The
So Constipation is the inability to pass stool for three or more days in a week…This is the CHRONIC CONSTIPATION…… and normally if you are getting hard time in your toilet to empty your colon yes it is also constipation……. Which leads to several other disease and disorders, inside you from gastrointestinal problems to sometimes mental disorders yes it can lead there too. Even cardiovascular problems if constipation is prolonged and not taken care of……………..
Earlier it was believed and also it was true that constipation is for old ones……….youngsters were far far away from this problem.
This is 21st century and we are progressing in everything good and bad simultaneously……….as we are progressing in science and technology similarly we are progressing in diseases…….I mean see the rate of increase in any kinda disease or disorders it has increased in past 20 years……….. So as CONSTIPATION, the rate has increased much far and constipation is not only for oldies but the youngesters are also effected by it……………. Our generation people are widely comming under this constipation radar and if we still didn’t care this will pass to our next generation………….
And why it happened because no one took care about it to spread awareness or to talk publicly in our country ……….. This is because constipation is also considered as taboo in our country as they have made Sex as a taboo………….. As the result we are seeing it today…………..well that’s another topic, I will discuss in another blog……………
So now I think those who are reading must have got an idea why I am taking pain to write about CONSTIPATION. This is serious problem and we need to discuss and take measures to prevent it first and those who are suffering help them to get rid of it…………..
I remember one incidence when one of my constipated freind came out after spending 25 mins in toilet….. my another friend asked….
Constipated friend :- Nhi
Friend :- To saley flush Kyun Kiya?
Constipated friend :- Sukoon, Dilasa ,Umeed…………
Friend and me:- Both laughed………
(Though he wasted about 8 litres of water in that flush tank)
Well I didn’t understood the pain in those three words Sukoon-Dilasa-Umeed said by him until …….. I sufferd with CONSTIPATION.
And believe me these three words really go side by side with a person who is suffering from constipation.😂😂😂😂😂 It sounds funny but it’s not……………. All they have is dilasa(console) and umeed( hope) that one day they will have a free flow and that whole day they will spend in sukoon.( Peace in away )
But that day never comes because constipation is not something which goes off easily…………….
I don’t know about others but I sufferd it because of my unhealthy life style eating junk food a lot and late night partying when I was doing job away from home full of unhealthy resources all those junk foods.
Improper life style is the main cause why young generation people are getting cought by it……………..at this age we really don’t care about what we are doing and as a result we suffer later………..The one reason is that no one is there to tell us or if someone tries to tell something we actually don’t give a fuck at that time..…….and we suffer………………. One thing is also bothers me that we humans always watch others ass first because technically we can’t se our’s untill we see in a mirror or someone briefs us about ours………😂😂😂😂😂. What I mean to say is if we do something wrong, what makes us do it another time? The answer is we see others doing same thing and we think that if he/she is doing why can’t we………..and i am not just talking about junk food, the other bad habits too…………just because other one is doing we also do it and the irony is that we know the consequences but still we do it because there is some idiot freind who says from behind “Abe ek bar se kuch nhi hota have some balls”
Hahahahahahahah I mean seriously……………
And trust me these bad habits leads us no where but downfall……..that irregular lifestyle is worse thing which we do to our selves………
Well comming back to constipation……….I have told you what it is actually……..now what it does……
- The first thing it destroys your life personal or private. Seriously.
- Gastrointestinal problems or what we say in our day to day life “gas ho gyi h” this is the worse thing which will happen to you. What gas does is much worse than a torture to you. Yesssss it’s sounds funny but it’s not.
- Insomnia (sleeplessness) , nausea (feeling of uneasyness everytime).
- Anger, frustration due to gas and constipation.
- Not feeling good even if your environment is healthy.
- Abdomenal pain, or pain in any part of body can be caused due to Gas.
- Kidney stones sometimes due to Gas.
- 24*7/ 365 days torture…….
- Nasty Farts comes complimentary……
Well these are few of many things constipation does to you along with embarrassment infront of family friends and colleagues…………..
There are preventive measures which can be taken or those who are having can be cured….. But it’s tough especially for those who are addicted to unhealthy lifestyle….
Well, but let’s see what are preventive measures..
- Drink atleast 8-10 glass of water Daily.
- Drink two glasses of water atleast right after you wake up in the morning ( not cold but Luke worm water or normal room temp. Water).
- Always drink water in sitting position, not in standing postion.
- Do Not drink water 45 min before or after any meal i.e. breakfast, lunch,dinner.( Coz if you drink it will make lump of what you eat and that lump is hard to digest and it results in irregular pass of waste in side your intestine).
- And don’t eat junk food……..try avoiding it as much as you can.
- Sleep early wake up early.
- Atleast 6-8 hours of sleep is necessary.
- Avoid stress.(One of main cause of constipation and other disorders too)
- Do yoga and meditation.( First learn the right way to do it, not by just seeing in you tube or something consultant professionals otherwise if you do it wrong it will definitely make things more worse)
- Diet that contains Good fiber.
- And the most important thing what Ayurveda says “EAT WATER AND DRINK FOOD” yes it sounds crazy but it is true. Drink water slowly… take time….. And eat food by chewing it enough that it dissolves well in your mouth and then just gulp it. This is the bestest way you can keep your self healthy and it also helps in ageing and strengthens immune system.
- And yes walk after having a meal, atleast 15mins if you are too busy.
- Physical Exercise or play an outdoor game atleast one hour in a day.
The eleventh one is really effective most effective of all treatment…………..and every one can do this you will definitely see effects of it once you continue these habbits.
Hope you all may have understood the seriousness of CONSTIPATION and what it does to you. We all know the outcome of what our eating habit can give but still we do it, we eat junk food live unhealthy life and then blame GOD that with that universal phrase
“WHY ME?” HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH you know it’s you because you are the one who have destroyed your body, yourself in past several years, that is the outcome of your sins. No one forced you to do it it’s your choice so don’t blame GOD instead take step to lead healthy life once again. Because you have entire life infront of you it’s you who will decide how to live either blaming(unhealthy) or winning (healthy).
